REO Broker
Our primary focus is REO asset management and sales. We service a number of National Asset Managers and Banks providing all the traditional REO service. Our clients say they give us business because of our professionalism, our quick turnaround of our REO assets and our proactive approach to the REO business. We maintain a running average 47 days on market at 94% of the original list price. We service Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.
Valuation
We pride ourselves on our prompt, accurate BPOs. We currently perform an average of 300 BPOs a month for our varied clients.
Buyers
We at Domain Realty love working with buyers for several reasons. One reason is that we are experts in finding our buyers the perfect property they are looking for no matter whether their purchase is for investment or owner occupancy.
